About Me:
I grew up in the Chicago, Illinois area. I studied Communication Disorders from Andrews University in Berrien Springs, Michigan and Audiology from Western Michigan University in Kalamazoo, Michigan. After college, I moved back to Illinois and worked as a Clinical Audiologist at two hospitals in Chicago, Illinois for 7 years. About 20 years ago, my familiy moved to Arizona. After moving here, I worked as a Speech Language Technician (SLT) with several school districts as well as doing hearing screening programs for several private schools before coming to the Deer Valley Unified School District. I have been in 新澳门六合彩官网 since 2007 first as a Speech Language Technician, then as a Speech Language Pathology Assistant (SLP-A) and I have been a District Audiologist since 2014. In 2018, I received my Doctor of Audiology degree from the Arizona School of Health Sciences at A.T. Still University in Mesa, Arizona.
My husband and I have four grown children; three of which live in the Phoenix area. Our oldest son lives in Bethesda, Maryland with our daughter-in-law and 8 year old grandson who loves to write stories. Our youngest son recently graduated from Arizona State University. We also have a Black Lab Mix who loves to go on walks and look out the window and bark.
